Job Description
About Us: CabCall Experts (CCE) is excited to announce the expansion of our inbound call center team in Rawalpindi. We are looking for fluent French speakers who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, providing accurate information to customers, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will be fluent in French, have a strong command of English, possess prior customer service experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Flexibility for shift work is essential.
