Job Description
Shiwantek is seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the operational and financial aspects of our online business. This role involves overseeing order processing, financial transactions, and accounts management, ensuring accuracy and compliance while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities include managing the order cycle, handling financial transactions, overseeing accounts receivable/payable, preparing financial reports, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications include proven experience in e-commerce operations, familiarity with platforms and payment gateways, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
