Job Description
We are seeking a professional to serve as the first point of contact for US-based customers, handling inbound calls about complaints, requests, order status, follow-ups, and general inquiries. You will provide empathetic, professional support while using CRM and order-management systems to identify needs, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in accordance with company policy. Candidates will be expected to help exceed NPS, CSAT, and AHT targets.
- Requirements: proven customer-facing experience; excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, or American accent; minimum Matric/O Levels.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off.
