Job Description
The successful candidate will support HR operations, recruitment, rewards, and employee relations, assisting the HR Manager in policy implementation, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, and recruitment processes
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and rewards programs
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making
- Lead employee engagement and relations initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; minimum three years of HR experience; strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
