Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced Taxi and Minicab Dispatcher/Controller to manage inbound bookings and coordinate drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
- Enter bookings into the dispatch system
- Allocate bookings to drivers
- Provide customers with real-time ETAs
- Guide drivers through navigation
- Manage email bookings
- Place bids on jobs
- Coordinate driver dispatch
Requirements:
- Previous UK taxi controlling experience
- Knowledge of UK streets and postcodes
- Experience with taxi dispatch systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with Google Maps
Shift: Rotational, 9 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Salary: From 40,00 PKR per month or 150 PKR per hour.
