Job Description
We seek a professional Study Abroad Counselor to advise prospective students, manage enquiries, and drive successful enrollments. The ideal candidate is client-focused, target-driven, and knowledgeable about international education.
- Advise students on destinations, programs, and course selection
- Explain admission criteria, documentation, and application steps
- Respond to calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in enquiries
- Maintain regular follow-up to secure registrations and timely processing
- Stay updated on global universities, programs, and policies
- Meet monthly registration and conversion targets; coordinate with admissions
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 1+ year in counseling or sales (fresh graduates with excellent communication welcome)
- Strong counseling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
