Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, energetic Telephone Operator & Data Feeder to join our team. The successful candidate will manage calls professionally, maintain accurate records, and perform reliable data entry.
- Responsibilities: Handle incoming/outgoing calls; log and verify call information; enter, update and maintain database records; support customers and internal teams; protect confidentiality; perform assigned administrative tasks.
- Requirements: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; fluent in English and Urdu; proficient with MS Office; fast, accurate typing; able to multitask and work under pressure; customer-focused attitude.
