Job Description
CHOICE INTERNATIONAL seeks a results-driven Area Sales Manager based in Karachi. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or an MBA and have 4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, with strong market relationships in Karachi. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills and can effectively multitask under pressure.
Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining distributor and client relationships, monitoring performance, and preparing reports for senior management. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary of Rs150,00–Rs200,00 per month, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment.
