Job Description
We are seeking an Area Education Manager to provide academic leadership and support to assigned schools, ensuring delivery of quality education in line with TCF policy. The role oversees academic management of schools and principals, improves student‑staff ratios, fee collection, fleet oversight, and academic data administration.
- Lead principal and teacher development: recruitment, appraisals, PQI participation, classroom observations, and performance improvement plans.
- Design and implement area improvement plans for struggling schools; maintain community, parent, donor, and peer AEM relationships to share best practices.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, minimum 3 years as a principal, strong English and Urdu, MS Office proficiency, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Full‑time, in person. Application will request current and expected salary.
