Job Description

We seek a proactive, results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to generate new business through high-volume outbound calls, follow-up emails, and basic email outreach.

• Responsibilities: introduce services, qualify leads, schedule demos, record interactions in CRM, and meet weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Qualifications: prior cold-calling or outbound sales experience, strong verbal communication, persuasion and objection-handling, rapport-building, CRM familiarity, and effective time management.
• Role: full-time, in person; 9-hour shift, 5 days/week (7:00 PM–4:00 AM PKT); salary up to PKR 100,00/month.
