Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead and expand our regional sales organization. You will develop and execute sales strategy, set targets, drive revenue growth, and manage forecasting and pipeline discipline.
- Lead and coach regional sales teams and managers; develop key account relationships
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market initiatives
