Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead and coach the North sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. The role requires developing and executing regional sales plans, cultivating strong relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners, and maintaining merchandising and visibility standards.
- Conduct market visits; monitor market and competitor activity.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; 5–7+ years in FMCG/retail sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role and an established regional market network.
