Job Description
We are seeking a Nutrition and Product Development Executive to lead formulation, menu planning, and R&D for healthy food products. The role involves developing balanced, nutritious recipes; performing nutritional analyses; coordinating with suppliers; ensuring food safety and labeling compliance; and managing sensory evaluation and pilot trials.
- Qualifications: degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related field; minimum 3 years’ product development experience.
- Preferred skills: strong analytical ability, creative ingredient selection, cost optimization, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous documentation, regulatory knowledge, and a practical approach to bringing nutritious, market-ready products to scale.
