Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to cultivate strong client relationships, promptly address inquiries, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication, CRM proficiency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage inbound calls and emails; document interactions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
- Analyze and report recurring trends to drive service improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in customer service, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience with CRM tools. Competitive salary and training provided.
