Job Description
ASK Development Limited seeks two full-time outbound Tele Sales Agents based in Lahore. Compensation: Rs37,00 base plus incentives (total pay from Rs40,00/month).
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 months telesales experience (preferably 1 year)
- Excellent English and strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems; proven ability to meet phone sales quotas
Responsibilities include cold calling prospective clients, presenting products and services, demonstrating solutions and upselling, maintaining and updating the customer database, logging all calls and sales, and conducting follow-ups.
