Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, including schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control. The role requires leading and coordinating crews, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with building codes and project specifications. The manager will monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders, prepare reports, track materials and equipment, and optimize resources to meet timelines and cost targets.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in site management
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication
- Knowledge: Construction methods, contracts, and OSHA safety regulations
- Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to read plans
