You will design targeted sourcing strategies, manage a positive candidate experience, collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, and use data to improve time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire.
- Responsibilities: passive sourcing, employer branding, interview coaching, onboarding coordination, and mentoring junior recruiters.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with ATS and recruiting metrics, and a proactive, candidate‑first mindset.
