Job Description

Tabani Real Estate Pakistan is hiring a Calling Agent to conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, handle inbound inquiries professionally, and maintain accurate call records. The role requires providing clear information about services, following scripts and company guidelines, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and meeting daily and weekly call targets.

• Experience: 6–12 months in calling, telesales, or customer service
• Skills: strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities; capacity to manage high call volumes
• Technical: basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Personal: positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
