Job Description
5 Star Innovations Pvt. Limited is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Support Agent for US-based clients in Wapda Town, Lahore. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary: Rs. 50,00–60,00/month.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of US market customer support experience
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work night shifts; basic CRM knowledge is a plus
