Job Description
Lead the Power Generation & Utilities team across EMEA, defining strategy and overseeing operations to ensure safe, reliable, and regulatory-compliant generation assets and utility systems. Manage budgets and capital projects, optimize plant efficiency, and integrate renewable energy solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to deliver sustainable and cost-effective outcomes.
- Requirements: engineering degree and 10+ years in power generation or utilities
- Proven leadership, strong financial acumen, and capital project experience
- Willingness to travel; reports to the Senior Vice President and builds high-performing regional teams
