Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead retail and e-commerce sales across multiple locations. The role requires developing and executing sales strategies, leveraging customer data and analytics to optimize store performance and inventory, overseeing visual merchandising and loyalty programs, implementing staff training and performance management, setting and monitoring targets, and traveling to outlets (approximately 75%).
- Qualifications: 3–5 years in retail management or multi-location operations, strong sales forecasting, CRM and inventory management skills, proven leadership and training experience, and a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site. Compensation: Rs125,00–Rs150,00 per month.
