Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC seeks experienced, full-time Chat Support Agents for in-person roles in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Available shifts: Morning (8am–4pm), Evening (4pm–12am), and Night (12am–8am).
- Responsibilities: promptly and accurately respond to customer chats, identify needs and guide use of features, and monitor social media complaints while coordinating with internal teams.
- Qualifications: prior chat support experience preferred; typing speed 30–40 wpm.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month.
