Job Description
Techsol IT seeks 20 full-time International Customer Service Sales Representatives in Shahra-e-Faisal. Night shift begins at 12:00 AM. Compensation: PKR 75,00 base plus commission (approximately PKR 90,00 take-home).
- Responsibilities: make outbound cold calls to international clients, present IT services, qualify leads, log activities in CRM, meet KPIs, manage objections, and close sales.
- Requirements: neutral/near-native English fluency, minimum six months of cold-calling or sales experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, punctuality, teamwork, goal-driven mindset, and resilience to rejection; CRM experience preferred.
