Job Description
We seek a results-driven Field Sales Executive (base + commission) to manage B2B and B2C sales across Sialkot. The role involves lead generation, residential/commercial/industrial site visits, needs assessment, solution presentation, deal closure, and target achievement.
- Develop territory strategies, cultivate partner relationships, monitor market trends, and submit regular reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; mandatory solar industry experience; 2–3 years in field sales; excellent communication and closing skills; basic knowledge of solar systems and net-metering; self-motivated and willing to travel across Sialkot.
