Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Flexo Operator to support our flexographic printing production. The role involves preparing plates and inks, loading substrates, monitoring press quality, performing basic adjustments and routine cleaning, and assisting lead operators to achieve production targets.
- Prepare plates/inks and set up substrates.
- Monitor print quality and make minor adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and adhere to safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively to meet schedules and maintain attendance.
Ideal candidates possess mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, the ability to read production specifications, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Prior printing or flexo experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
