Job Description
We are seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider enrollment, verification, and credential files to ensure compliance with payers and regulatory bodies. Duties include collecting and validating licenses, certifications, and CAQH records; performing primary-source verifications; submitting applications to insurers; tracking re-credentialing deadlines; and maintaining accurate credentialing databases. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of healthcare credentialing or provider relations experience, working knowledge of payer requirements, familiarity with electronic credentialing platforms, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strict commitment to confidentiality. NCQA/CCS or equivalent certification is a plus.
