Job Description
Savvital is seeking a reliable and organized Freight Dispatch Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes, scheduling freight pickups and deliveries, and providing shipping details to customers. You will also review logs from truck drivers, document all calls, deliveries, routes, and times for pickups and deliveries, complete paperwork such as invoices, and handle customer complaints and inquiries. Additionally, you will negotiate rates and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
