Job Description
Join Grand City Developing as a Purchaser! In this role, you will manage procurement activities for construction materials and office supplies, ensuring projects align with budget and timelines. You’ll source and negotiate with vendors, maintain relationships, and oversee contracts to guarantee compliance and quality.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, 3 years of procurement experience preferably in real estate or construction, and strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office is essential.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of $70,00.00 – $80,00.00. Work location is in person.
