Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive with exceptional communication skills. This is an onsite position that offers flexible working hours, including morning, evening, and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow company communication guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
- Intermediate candidates or fresh graduates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international customer support is a plus.
