Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Arabic Speaker to serve as a liaison between our Arabic customers and clients, ensuring compliance with processes and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with agents to provide and process inquiries about products and services.
- Build strong relationships to enhance service competitiveness.
- Resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Focus on customer development and experience to achieve a high QA Score.
Qualifications:
