Job Description
Sanabel Ventures is seeking motivated female customer service agents to join our in-house call center. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with appointment bookings, responding to client inquiries, and providing follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls for appointment scheduling.
- Provide accurate information about treatments and pricing.
- Follow up with clients to confirm bookings.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle queries professionally.
