Job Description

We are looking for a highly communicative and fluent English speaker for our USA-based project. Ideal candidates will possess at least 2-3 years of experience in the packaging industry.

Your primary duties will include:

• Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails.
• Generating sales inquiries and providing quotes.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining detailed customer records and interactions.

Please note:

• Work hours are 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
• Compensation ranges from $45,00 to $80,00 per year, plus commissions.
