Job Description
Bright Pathway is seeking a dedicated Admissions Officer. If you believe you are well-suited for this role, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
- Manage admissions processes and queries for enrolled clients.
- Respond swiftly to client inquiries.
- Maintain client data and enrollment in our data storage system.
- Identify and follow up with prospective clients.
- Email admissions information to clients.
- Monitor client communication, both enrolled and prospective.
- Track payments, including installments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Punctual and self-motivated.
