Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated Fresh Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls effectively and efficiently. You will be expected to follow pre-defined communication scripts to ensure consistency in addressing various topics.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to upsell products while building sustainable relationships with customers.
This is a full-time position, and work will be conducted in-person.
