Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a reputable university with fluency in English and Urdu. Experience in a UK-based call center is preferred, ideally between 6 months to 2 years.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer calls, providing online support, creating and closing network trouble tickets, and coordinating with the Operations team. We offer a salary ranging from Rs32,00 to Rs45,00, performance-based incentives, and a flexible work-from-home option after 6 months based on performance.
