Job Description
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to the executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Prepare documents for meetings and handle confidential information.
- Support project management and organize company events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3-5 years of executive support experience; strong communication skills.
Salary: Rs120,00 – Rs150,00 per month
