Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Gunness & Associates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and is eager for a high commission compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a scalable outbound sales pipeline.
- Understand customer objections and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals and close agreements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Record sales activities in the CRM and meet quotas consistently.
Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably direct selling to companies.
- Experience in cold outbound calls.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
