Job Description
MindStorm Communications is currently looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to uphold our high service delivery standards. Ideal candidates should possess 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience in industries outside of call centers. Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
