Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is inviting applications for the role of IT Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and comprehensive technical support. Ideal candidates should possess practical experience in hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and website management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intranet, internet, and Exchange servers.
- Troubleshoot various IT-related issues.
- Install and maintain software, hardware, and networks.
- Ensure functionality of UPS systems.
- Oversee updates for the organization’s website.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in IT support; proficiency in English is required.
