Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Helpline Agent to manage customer calls, provide online support, and ensure efficient communication with our Operations team regarding service issues. Responsibilities include creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets, maintaining fault records for assigned regions, and completing special tasks as needed. After six months, top-performing candidates may have the opportunity to work from home.
Salary: Rs 32,00 – Rs 45,00 per month
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of customer service experience are essential.
