Job Description
Devronix Solutions is on the lookout for proactive and skilled professionals with experience in bidding on Upwork and PeoplePerHour to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, creating compelling proposals, managing client communications, and converting leads into successful collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate suitable projects on Upwork and PeoplePerHour.
- Develop customized, persuasive proposals for each project.
- Oversee client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to evaluate project requirements.
Qualifications: Candidates must have proven experience on Upwork and PeoplePerHour, excellent English communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel is advantageous.
Compensation: A base salary ranging from PKR 40,00 – 160,00/month plus commission.
