As a Customer Support Representative at DS E-Com Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by verifying orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Your interactions will primarily occur through phone and social media channels, along with managing data entry tasks and tracking deliveries.
Requirements:
Candidates aged 18-25 with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce are encouraged to apply. Proficient communication skills in English and Urdu are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proximity to Federal B Area is preferred.
Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month.
