Job Description
Knowza Learning Solutions is looking for a dedicated Associate Ecommerce Executive to join our Lahore office as we embark on an exciting e-commerce venture. In this role, you will support the management of procurement, logistics, and customer service, all crucial for the successful execution of our UK retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Procurement: Collaborate with suppliers to secure high-quality products.
- Logistics Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Customer Service Oversight: Assist in establishing support processes and manage after-sales service.
Requirements: An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Location: Jail Road, Shadman 2, Lahore
Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00 per month
