Job Description
Kruddson is on the lookout for a dedicated Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is critical in enhancing our Make-to-Order (MTO) operations. Key responsibilities will include analyzing production processes, establishing time standards, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely delivery of custom orders while implementing layout enhancements to improve operational flexibility.
We seek an individual who can champion continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and quality will be essential to support our capacity planning and uphold safety compliance.
