Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is actively looking for a proactive and technically adept Operations Manager to oversee our surveillance and security monitoring operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in managing CCTV teams and remote surveillance systems, particularly in U.S.-based retail or commercial settings.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of CCTV operators, managing daily operations, ensuring prompt detection of security incidents, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaborating closely with clients. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a pertinent field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, is required.
