Job Description
Link HR Consultants is actively seeking a meticulous Senior Accountant to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, and handling property transaction accounting.
Key responsibilities include maintaining records of rental income and expenses, assisting in budget preparation, tracking financial variances, and conducting financial modeling for real estate projects. Additionally, this role will involve support for audits, financial due diligence, and regulatory reporting.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
