Job Description
Job Summary: Link HR Consultants is looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a pharmacy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, managing pharmacy staff, and optimizing workflow for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy operations and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and train pharmacy staff effectively.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee inventory management and collaborate with suppliers.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure the accuracy of prescriptions.
Requirements: Candidates should possess strong pharmacy knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
