Job Description
We seek a MEAL Officer to lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning for the Green Skills Project, ensuring evidence-based program quality and measurable impact.
Responsibilities include designing and updating M&E tools, overseeing data collection and validation, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing timely reports for stakeholders, facilitating learning sessions, maintaining beneficiary feedback and grievance mechanisms, and supporting regular field monitoring visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
- Minimum 2 years MEAL experience; experience in green skills or vocational programs preferred
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; strong communication and partnership-building abilities
