Job Description
Illumina Technology Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner operating across the U.S., Canada, India, and Pakistan, seeks a Customer Success Specialist to support partner-facing skilling events (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
- Lead demand generation, partner registration, and communications.
- Coordinate content with product teams and manage event logistics (planning, onsite operations, post-event analysis).
- Drive continuous improvement through surveys, debriefs, and stakeholder reporting.
Qualifications: strong communication, organization, project ownership, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with the Microsoft partner channel, customer success, or event management is preferred. Ability to support Pacific Time business hours required.
