Job Description
M I Enterprises is seeking a qualified individual for the position of HR Officer. This full-time role is based in Faisalabad, and only candidates residing in Faisalabad will be considered.
We encourage male applicants only. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Key responsibilities include payroll management, handling grievances, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drafting job descriptions.
Proficiency in software such as InPage, ERP systems, and advanced Excel formulas is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in HR principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while multitasking and adapting to various situations with professionalism.
